My love for gymnastics began at age 5 as I watched my older brother, Devin, begin his journey as a young gymnast. Mom encouraged me to try dance and soccer, but my desire was to follow in my brother’s footsteps and dedicate myself to gymnastics. In 2007, my parents opened Gymstreet USA. I not only grew up at Gymstreet competing and honing my gymnastics skills, but it gave me the ability to develop into a knowledgeable gymnastics coach. I enjoy teaching the sport that has inspired me and love to watch the pride and excitement the children feel when they master a new skill. I competed through J.O. level 8 and then transferred to the Xcel Diamond Team where I won two state championships and earned a placement on the Massachusetts regional team three years in a row. I served as captain for both the gymnastics team and varsity cheerleading team in High School. I am currently pursuing a career in Exercise physiology at Salem State University.
I was previously a J.O. Level 8/9 gymnast in Massachusetts. I coach recreational classes, compulsory and optional J.O. levels and all levels of Xcel. I have been coaching for 15 years and joined the Gymstreet family in June 2016. I have coached numerous individual state and regional champions at both the J.O. and Xcel levels. I have a BS in Business Management for Umass Lowell.
Originally from California, I was a level 10 gymnast at USA Elite Gymnastics. I earned a full scholarship to Sacramento State where I achieved All American honors and currently hold the school record on uneven bars. I moved to Massachusetts when I started my family and have been coaching and doing choreography for the past 6 years. I love working with kids and I'm so happy to be able to share my love for the sport of gymnastics here at Gymstreet USA!
I started gymnastics at the age of 10 when my dad finally had enough of me doing cartwheels and roundoffs on the soccer field; I was supposed to be playing. By the age of 12 I had progressed to level 8, starting at the Beverly YMCA and then moving here, to Gymstreet! I continued being a competitive athlete in high school becoming a state finalist in gymnastics, cheerleading, and track. After high school I began coaching girls’ gymnastics and cheer at the Beverly YMCA where I worked with kids of all different ages and skill levels. Currently, I am studying code for front end web development and I’m also a freelance graphic designer. I am very excited to be coaching the boys at GymStreet!

While at Salem, I received a BA in Graphic Design with a minor in psychology. I have been coaching pre-school and recreational gymnastics since 2001 as well as All-Star and Pop Warner cheerleading teams. In 2008 I had my daughter and began working at Gymstreet USA. My competitive gymnastics career lasted from ages 6-16 when I switched over to cheerleading with my sister for my senior year of high school. After two seasons of cheering I won states in my division for pole vault in spring track then onto college at Southern New Hampshire University working toward my degree in Business Administration. I have been coaching since age 17 so about 4 years now, and am currently working full time at Gymstreet finishing my senior year online to earn my degree.
